How to Register:

Four Person Team Registration:

  1. Fill out ONE form (BUTTON BELOW) for the Four (4) Person Team per one team 

  2. Team Captian will have to enter NAME and EMAIL twice

  3. Follow the prompts for registering teammates and payments

  4. Pay and a confirmation email will be sent

Dinner Ticket Instructions:

  1. Click the button below

  2. Choose the Dinner Ticket Option

  3. Follow the prompts for registering 

  4. Needing an extra dinner ticket? Click Add Attendee under the form to add another ticket

  5. Pay and a confirmation email will be sent

Cannot attend, but would like

to make a donation:

  1. Follow the button below

  2. Click donation on-screen prompt

  3. Enter your donation amount

  4. Check out and a confirmation email will be sent to you
